Climbing Hook is a Tool introduced in Disney Infinity 1.0.
It is similar to the one equipped on Anna.
To use it, look (optionally hold the left trigger to aim) at the object you wish to climb. The Climbing Hook will be thrown when you pull the right trigger, and the character will be pulled to that point when you release the right trigger. This also allows you to hold the right trigger to delay the action.
