Stitch's Tropical Rescue is one of four Toy Box Games in Disney Infinity 2.0 where players can use any Character Figure from the corresponding studio(s). This game can be played with any Disney or Disney•Pixar Character Figures - see also Compatibility.
In the opening cutscene, Pleakley runs in screaming for help. Apparently, he was asked to give a presentation on Earth's winged inhabitants to the Grand Council, and he "may, or may not, have inadvertently implied that Earth's ducklings are a threat to all life in the entire galaxy." The player must place traps to help defend the ducklings against waves of incoming Collection Robots.
The gameplay is similar to Assault on Asgard.
