Time Delayer is a Logic Toy introduced in Disney Infinity 1.0. [1]
Its purpose is to add a time delay between toys, such that the signal from one toy doesn't immediately trigger another toy.

- sends a signal to another toy when the delay is complete.

- Start Delay (1.0)
- causes the Time Delayer to begin its delay cycle.
Properties[]
In Disney Infinity 1.0, this has a number of specific delay values that can be configured: half second, 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s, 10s, 15s, 30s, 1 minute, 5m. By Disney Infinity 3.0, this changes to a value that can manually be entered between 0.25 (1/4 second) and 300 seconds (5 minutes).
